She sung for all her life through night and morn she was the best I ever found. In the Fifties there was not  enough to eat and pay the bills. Many boys as such as I we missed the plot but we played lot of games and skills. We learned to love the warmth of summer and the calmness of the sea and Aunt Ann named Tante Anna learned me to be a busy bee. MMXIIOCTXIV

handschrift da ist der traum nun doch verwirklicht: und ich hab' nun meine eigne schrift. auf schwarzem grund gekritzelt mit dem weissen stift. die einen stehn im dunkeln und die andern stehn im licht * so sagte einst der bertolt, und er wusste nicht, wie wahr das alles leider war. und heut noch ist, fürwahr. *und man sieht nur die im lichte, die im dunkeln sieht man nicht.
