  Das Wort zum Samstag / la parola del sabato   tanto tempo fa i vecchi portavano spesso    il discorso alla morte.   tanto tempo fa i messaggeri di altri mondi   venivano volentieri a piedi.   tanto tempo fa le vie del potere   erano coperte di pece nera.   tanto tempo fa i fatti orribili si coprivano   di vergogna.

handschrift da ist der traum nun doch verwirklicht: und ich hab' nun meine eigne schrift. auf schwarzem grund gekritzelt mit dem weissen stift. die einen stehn im dunkeln und die andern stehn im licht * so sagte einst der bertolt, und er wusste nicht, wie wahr das alles leider war. und heut noch ist, fürwahr. *und man sieht nur die im lichte, die im dunkeln sieht man nicht.
